Providing false registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
phtaya ph is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, passport, or PRC licence) and a selfie for identity matching. Identity verification is typically completed within one business day during operating hours.
Important: Withdrawals cannot be processed until identity verification is complete. phtaya ph recommends completing KYC soon after registration so it doesn't delay your first withdrawal when you're ready to cash out.
Your phtaya ph account login credentials — username, password, and any OTP sent to your registered mobile number — are your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phtaya ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. If you receive a request for your password claiming to be from phtaya ph, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.
phtaya ph recommends using a unique password for your account that you do not use on any other platform. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact phtaya ph support immediately and change your password. phtaya ph is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own login credentials.
The balance displayed in your phtaya ph wallet represents real money in Philippine Peso that you have deposited and any confirmed winnings credited to your account. This balance is held for your use on the platform. Bonus funds, where applicable, are held separately and are subject to the bonus terms in Section 6.
An account that has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months will be considered dormant. phtaya ph will attempt to contact the player via their registered email address and mobile number before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances after this notice period. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.
You may request to close your phtaya ph account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your account's Cashier section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted during operating hours on business days are typically processed the same day for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the recipient bank.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your phtaya ph account. Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. phtaya ph reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been noted.
Processing windows: Withdrawal processing times are based on business days and operating hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next business day. phtaya ph does not guarantee same-day processing for requests submitted on weekends or public holidays.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and may vary. Full current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your phtaya ph account. phtaya ph reserves the right to adjust transaction limits based on account verification status and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
Bets placed on phtaya ph are final once confirmed via the bet slip. Before confirming, you are shown the selection, odds, stake in Philippine Peso, and potential return. It is your responsibility to verify all details before confirming. phtaya ph will not reverse or modify a confirmed bet on the basis of player error in selection or stake amount.
Odds displayed on phtaya ph reflect real-time market pricing and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Decimal odds are the default display format on phtaya ph; players may switch to Hong Kong or fractional format in their account settings.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for example, the NBA for basketball games, the PBA for Philippine basketball, and FIBA for international tournaments. phtaya ph uses official results only. Informal announcements, pre-game predictions, or news reports are not used for settlement purposes.
Winning bets are credited to your phtaya ph wallet automatically following settlement. For most events, settlement occurs within minutes of the official final result. Complex markets such as parlays are settled only after all legs of the bet are resolved.
A bet will be voided and the stake returned to your phtaya ph wallet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed before it starts; the event is abandoned before reaching the minimum completion point required for the market to stand; there is a material error in the odds at the time the bet was placed due to a technical fault on the phtaya ph platform.
Where a match is postponed and rescheduled within 72 hours, bets may remain valid at phtaya ph's discretion. Players will be notified of relevant changes through the My Bets section of their account.
Live betting markets on phtaya ph close periodically during events — for example, during dead-ball situations or when a key moment is imminent. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. phtaya ph is not liable for connectivity issues on the player's side that prevent a live bet from being placed before a market closes.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event on phtaya ph. These limits vary by sport, market type, and event importance. The maximum payout applicable to any single bet is displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Winnings above the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum payout amount.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on phtaya ph, you may raise a dispute within 30 days of the settlement date by contacting our support team at support@phtayaph.best. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. phtaya ph's decision on all betting disputes is final once the investigation process is complete.
phtaya ph offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, enhanced odds promotions, and other time-limited offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates — which are published alongside the promotion when it is active.
These general bonus terms apply to all promotions on phtaya ph unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. In case of conflict between general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Most bonuses on phtaya ph come with a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) that must be bet before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a ₱500 bonus means ₱5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets and the Color Game typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Some card game variants may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if: the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry period; the account is closed voluntarily before the requirement is met; phtaya ph determines that bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error was involved in how the bonus was claimed or used.
One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on a phtaya ph account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing one is still active may result in forfeiture of the previously active bonus. Check your active bonus status in your account before claiming a new offer.
Bonuses on phtaya ph are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. phtaya ph reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel bonus funds if we identify misuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion between accounts, or exploiting platform errors.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
